About
Diellon is a modern residence outside the urban area of Tirana.
The project is designed respecting the topography, the view of Dajti mountain, privacy, greenery, natural ventilation and easy access.
The design includes spaces for planting trees on purpose adding greenery and softening the appearance of structures.
High quality of life very close to Tirana and even closer to nature are important features of this residence.
The sun accompanies it from sunrise until sunset. That is why this residence is named DIELLON.

The Concept
Light and Shadow are two contrasting elements and inseparable from each other.
Both together form the identifying icon of Diellon residence. An icon in the shape of the letter "D" that personifies
the sun created by the shadows of buildings. Graceful of light. So this residence is beautiful, natural, graced by light.
On the basis of this concept, the Identity of Diellon residence has been established.
