Tarzan Fashionista

Evening! My daughters invite me to their room as the guest of honor to tell a story.

Have you heard about the wish of a little boy that he carried in his heart for a long time? Oh, what was his name? No idea of the name, no idea of the scenario of the tale. My mind wandered all over the place even among the shortcuts of daily work. For a moment I said I'm forgetting everything, I'm an honored guest in the princess room. I thought of having a little fun. Mama gorilla finds a small child crying on a tree trunk in the dense jungle. Victoria said his name was Tarzan. Ok, he didn't have a name yet, but from the syllables the monkeys made (and I started acting like a monkey), the name TARZAN was formed.

Tarzhan? Poem said. Yes, Tarzan. And this boy grew up in the forest very happy with the forest animals. As a child, he showed interest in becoming a fashion designer. Tarzan began to create various costumes for the monkeys with only tree leaves that covered very little of the body. Like Tiziana? Viku asked again about our Italian neighbor . Yes, like her, I replied with a smile. After wearing them, he invited them to look at the reflections of the lakes, where in the most daring move of the monkeys a crocodile's mouth opened to lick them. Even Lacoste was the first brand to be inspired by Tarzan's crocodiles. With the texture of tiger skin, many clothes were created and paraded in fashion shows today. Armani, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, Hugo Boss and many other fashion brands created their collections inspired by the jungle and the designs that Tarzan did. Louis Vuitton even designed the costumes for the Weekend singer in his latest music video.

Zara was inspired by the sketches that Tarzan had made at the entrance of the cave to create the collection called Gorrillaz, with furs imitating the fur of monkeys. Even many styling salons began to imitate punk zebra models. Juventus, our heart team (I directed to Viku, putting the nose together) when they did the rebranding, took inspiration from a zebra, but treated it very minimally. This is why the Juventus logo is so beautiful that it flowed naturally from nature. And the English Premier League styled a lion's head for its iconic logo.

So Tarzan became the greatest fashion designer of all time. Do you know why? Because he worked hard, Viktoria said. Not only that, his office was a jungle and wherever he stepped he got the best inspiration. And how did he get the emails, Viku asked again? I'm sorry I didn't tell you about this part. They were written on large leaves and usually brought by pelicans. Pelicans? Yes, I replied, and one day he even received an e-mail from Rome, where he had been invited to do a fashion show in honor of Emperor Augustus.

Did Tarzan go there? Of course, it was the biggest event that could happen to him in his life. Large leaves were laid out like a carpet to parade. He has even taken care to choose the best jungle models for this event. Giraffes with a pair of glasses made of arrack and a black bow tie, monkeys smartly dressed in black suits. What about Leo? Poem said. The lion with Rastafari hair walked jokingly. Hippo was wearing shoes in the style that Cat creates now days.

As I told the tale of the fashionista Tarzan, my eyelids could not stay open any longer and my words were accompanied by a light snort from Viku and Poem. Apparently my mind can't process other things than brands...

Maybe I'm not a good storyteller, but I'm leaving Tarzan the fashionista this time.
